Caliber Farms Provides Decorated Wedding Horses

I was extremely unhappy with Caliber Farms. For our wedding at the Ritz-Carlton, Philadelphia Caliber Farms showed up late because the driver could not locate the venue, which is centrally located in downtown Philadelphia. So our baraat was late to begin with. Once Caliber Farms finally arrived, the driver got into an argument with the parking attendant and rather than call us to find a different place to park- which the hotel eventually provided- the driver DROVE OFF, NEVER PLANNING TO RETURN. Had our wedding planner at the Ritz not called to scream at the driver and get her to return with the horse, OUR BARAAT WOULD NEVER HAVE HAPPENED BECAUSE CALIBER FARMS PLANNED TO JUST DRIVE OFF WITH THE HORSE, LEAVING US HIGH AND DRY. I never got a response or an explanation as to why the company felt it was appropriate to simply drive off over something as stupid as a parking lot dispute, especially when the venue was bending over backwards to accommodate the horse and baarat. I have nothing good to say about this company because they caused my family so much distress on our wedding day and nearly ruined the ceremony for us. My husband's family had been anticipating his baraat since he was born and Caliber Farms nearly ruined it because of some stupid argument over finding a parking space, when all the while we had alternate accommodations. The baraat did eventually take place, 45 MINUTES LATE and after my mother in law nearly had a heart attack thinking her son's baraat wouldn't happen. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone.
